1. To become a TGFC Good Rewards member, you must be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or older.
2. Please ensure you use your legal name on your TGFC Good Rewards registration. You can only register one account per person.
3. If you’re a registered TGFC Good Rewards member, please keep your details up to date so we can let you know about reward opportunities, competitions and information related to your membership.
4. You can manage your account and keep your details up to date online, or by emailing us at rewards@thegoodfoodcollective.co.nz.
5. We have the right to withdraw or cancel your TGFC Good Rewards if we have reasonable grounds to do so. These include:
a. any use or attempted use by you of TGFC Good Rewards in a way which breaches these Terms; or
b. our reasonable suspicion that you’ve been dishonest in connection with the Programme, including if it's suspected that your Rewards have been earned through suspicious or unlawful practices.
6. If we withdraw or cancel your TGFC Good Rewards, you will give up any Rewards you’ve earned, and you will no longer be eligible to earn or redeem any points.
7. We reserve the right to terminate the TGFC Good Rewards Programme for any reason. If we decide to terminate the Programme, we’ll give you reasonable notice of termination and let you know how this will affect you.
8. We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts, being accounts that have no active use within a 24-month period.
9. For special TGFC Good Reward promotions, other terms and conditions (in addition to these Terms) may apply and we’ll inform you about those at the time.
10. The Good Food Collective may provide you with bonuses (exclusive personalised offers) based on your individual profile. These offers are only available on your TGFC Good Rewards account.
11. You can use your TGFC Good Rewards membership to earn points at The Good Food Collective. We may introduce and/or remove further rewards-issuing partners into/ from the Programme at any time. Where this occurs, we will try to give you reasonable notice and let you know how this will affect you.
12. Your TGFC Good Food Collective, including any TGFC Good Reward e-vouchers can’t be transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except as set out in these Terms.
13. Where a transaction is cancelled, or where a refund occurs, any Rewards you earned from those transactions may be deducted from your Rewards balance if it has been credited to your TGFC Good Rewards account.
14. The date the Reward is added to your TGFC Good Rewards Account is the date the Reward is "earned". Please see below for further information in relation to expiry periods.
15. We may change these Terms in relation to how Rewards can be redeemed. We’ll try to give you reasonable notice of any such changes before they take place and let you know how this will affect you, if at all.
16. It’s your responsibility to keep your TGFC Good Rewards account secure. Please treat your TGFC Good Rewards account password as your confidential information and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised people using or accessing your account and information about your membership, including your account password. This includes not using a password for your TGFC Good Rewards account that you’ve used for any of your other online accounts.
17. You’ll earn a minimum of one (1) TGFC Good Reward Point for every $5 dollars you spend (including GST and shipping charges) in a single transaction at The Good Food Collective.
18. TGFC Good Reward Points may, from time to time, also be earned through special offers and bonus point promotions. Additional terms and conditions may apply and we’ll let you know about these at the time.
19. We reserve the right to change the number of TGFC Good Reward Points awarded in respect of the spend amount. If this happens, we’ll give you reasonable notice and either allocate any collected TGFC Good Reward Points towards a TGFC Good Rewards e-voucher, or give you the benefit of the TGFC Good Reward Points if this is not possible.
20. It’s your responsibility to use your TGFC Good Reward account to gain the benefits associated with the Programme.
21. When your account has over 100 points, you can claim a TGFC Good Rewards e-voucher. To claim your TGFC Good Rewards voucher, just follow these steps:
a. Sign-in to your TGFC Good Rewards account;
b. Click the TGFC Good Rewards icon;
c. Click the green button that reads Redeem points for dollars;
d. Record your TGFC Good Rewards code;
e. Use your TGFC Good Rewards code when you are checking out.
22. TGFC Good Reward Points will not be converted to TGFC Good Rewards e-vouchers if:
a. you owe The Good Food Collective money; or
b. any of the grounds at paragraph 5 above exist.
23. When using your TGFC Good Rewards e-vouchers please note:
a. TGFC Good Rewards e-vouchers can be redeemed only once to purchase goods to the value of the amount earned;
b. you must use your TGFC Good Rewards e-vouchers at the checkout when redeeming your TGFC Good Rewards e-voucher(s);
c. TGFC Good Rewards e-vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue and then automatically expire. You must redeem your TGFC Good Rewards e-vouchers before the expiry date;
d. TGFC Good Rewards e-vouchers are non-transferable;
e. TGFC Good Rewards e-vouchers cannot be saved for use past the 24 month expiry period;
f. we’ll remind you of any TGFC Good Rewards e-vouchers nearing their expiry date via the email address you have given us.
24. We reserve the right to change the redemption amount and the dates from which TGFC Good Rewards Points can be redeemed. We’ll give you reasonable notice of any change and let you know how this will affect you, if at all.
25. TGFC Good Rewards Points expire 24 months after the date they are “issued” and are removed from your account.
26. The date your TGFC Good Rewards points are "issued" will normally be the date of the relevant purchase.
27. Where a TGFC Good Rewards member has died, any TGFC Good Rewards Points can be transferred to the TGFC Good Rewards account of a living family member, subject to providing proof of entitlement.
28. If you're a TGFC Good Rewards member, you may be eligible to receive TGFC Good Rewards special offers.
29. To be eligible to purchase certain goods and services at TGFC Good Reward special offers, you must use your TGFC Good Rewards account when shopping at with us.
How to cancel your account
30. You can cancel your TGFC Good Rewards membership at any time by emailing at rewards@thegoodfoodcollective.co.nz.
31. Please note, if you advise us that you want to cancel your TGFC Good Rewards membership, you accept that you will lose any TGFC Good Reward Points that you've accumulated and any TGFC Good Reward e-vouchers that have already claimed.
32. Without limiting any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, or any other law, we will not be liable to you in connection with:
a. your use or attempted use of TGFC Good Rewards in breach of these Terms;
b. any loss or damage you suffer as a result of any suspension and/or termination of your TGFC Good Rewards membership, in accordance with these Terms;
c. any tax you're required to pay as a result of, or related to, your use of your TGFC Good Rewards.
33. These Terms are effective as at 1 March 2023. We reserve the right to change these Terms at our discretion. We’ll try to give you reasonable notice of any changes on our website, by email and/or by other communication methods we adopt from time to time.
34.You may cancel your TGFC Good Rewards membership at any time by contacting us via email at rewards@thegoodfoodcollective.co.nz. If you cancel your TGFC Good Rewards membership in these circumstances, you’ll lose any TGFC Good Rewards Points you’ve collected and any TGFC Good Rewards e-vouchers that have already claimed.
35. "We", "us", "our" in these Terms means The Good Food Collective Limited.
