TGFC/ How did you start your company?
Claire/ Dave and Anne Jordan are the change-makers and founders of Hemp New Zealand™ Ltd. They started in 2008 at their facility in Tauranga. The Hemp Farm® was founded by the couple along with Anne’s son Harley in 2011. Together they have a mission to create healthy tasty products that are also good for the environment. The brand is all about New Zealand goodness.

TGFC/ What makes your product(s) special?
Claire/ The team know which farm every Hemp Farm ® product originated from, and the factory only processes and manufactures hemp seed products. This means we have the skills and knowledge to cold press delicious oil, to choose the right hemp hearts, and to create an ultra-fine tasty protein powder.

TGFC/ Do you have a favourite product?
Claire/ My favourite product is Hemp Farm ® Hemp Hearts. I love how pretty they look scattered on salads, and avocado on toast.

TGFC/ What is the most popular product you sell?
Claire/ Hemp Farm ® Hemp Seed Oil. Once people get a taste for the oil, they find they start adding it to all sorts of delicious recipes, and it takes the taste right up a notch.

TGFC/ Where in NZ are you located?
Claire/ The Hemp Farm ® products are all processed in a purpose built factory in Tauranga, in the Bay of Plenty.

TGFC/ What are some of the benefits of your products that people may not think of straight away?
