InformationOur take on a classic balsamic vinaigrette. Balsamic vinegar combined with a mixture of herbs and spices (garlic, onion, black pepper, basil and oregano) and blended with avocado oil. Created by hand in small batches, this vinaigrette delivers a bold, tangy and sweet flavour. This is an awesome dressing for your salads but is equally delicious as a dressing for warm winter vegetables or as a marinade for pork and chicken at any time of the year. The possibilities are endless!

With the help of one of New Zealand's leading avocado processing facilities we came up with AvoHaven, a cold-pressed oil made from 100% New Zealand grown Hass avocado fruit, grown on our orchards in Maungatapere, Northland.
