InformationExtra virgin avocado oil is versatile and delicious. It's ideal for cooking, baking, drizzling, dipping, frying, roasting and barbecuing… basically everything. Avocado oil is naturally cholesterol free. It is a source of omega-3 fatty acids and it contains healthy, plant-based unsaturated oil components that provide an efficient source of energy. Crafted from avocado's grown on our family orchards, our oils are produced in small batches and are all hand blended and poured. It has a dark green colour (unlike the lighter refined or chemically processed oils) and contains the same healthy elements as eating an actual avocado. It takes approximately 15 to 20 Hass avocados to produce our 250ml bottle of oil.
