Here's their take on the Kir Royale - a berry-flavoured Champagne cocktail that originated in France. It's stunningly beautiful and sure to catch the eye, the Kir Royal is a wonderfully dry and fruity cocktail that perfectly combines the fresh and dry fruit forward flavour of Brut with the intensely lush Boysenberry Liqueur.

Ingredients

• 20mL Boysenberry Liqueur
  
• Champagne Brut or any sparkling or dry wine. Take a look at Dancing Petrel Sparkles 2021 Sparkling Wine, Te Whai Bay -Sparkling Rose or Moana Park Estate Grower's Collection Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc
• 1 fresh boysenberry

Recipe

1. Add 20mL of Boysenberry Liqueur and a fresh boysenberry to a champagne flute and top with Champagne.
