Curried Onion Chutney Marinated Chicken

Nana Dunn & Co create pickled onions and preserves "like they used to taste" using recipes passed on to them by Nana Dunn. Cousins Heidi and Laura started Nana Dunn & Co back in 2019. Today Heidi and her husband Scott continue to use Nana Dunn's recipes that dates back to 1935 This is their simple recipe to marinate chicken, as Heidi says "it's quick and tastes A-MAY-ZING!"

Nana Dunn's Curried Onion Chutney Marinated Chicken recipe

  1. Tip a Nana Dunn's Curried Onion Chutney 300g jar into a bowl
  2. Pour in as much coconut cream as takes your fancy
  3. Pulverise with your stick blender
  4. Marinate your sliced chicken in it for about an hour in the fridge
  5. Put the chicken on the barbie or create fancy skewers
