Nana Dunn & Co Pickled Onions

Nana Dunn & Co was created in 2019 by cousins Laura (granddaughter to Nana Dunn) and Heidi (Nana Dunn is Heidi’s Great Aunty Melba), who wanted to keep the Pickled Onion magic alive! This recipe dates back to 1935 and she has kindly passed the recipe on to us - Nana Dunn & Co


Here's Nana Dunn's Vinaigrette recipe

  1. Put the leftover brine (liquid gold) from your Nana Dunn & Co Pickled Onions into a jar
  2. Add 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 dollop of wholegrain mustard, salt and pepper, and half a cup of olive oil (check out these award-winning options)
  3. Use your stick blender to combine the ingredients
