Remarkable Butterscotch Tiramisu 

with Remarkable Cream Butterscotch 

Ingredients

Method

  1. Take 1 small bowl
  2. Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, and bean paste together until smooth. Add a splash for Remarkable Cream.
  3. Break the sponge fingers into small pieces and pour over coffee and Remarkable Cream
  4. Layer the mascarpone mix
  5. Sprinkle over a little cocoa powder.
  6. Add another layer of sponge fingers.
  7. Add the remaining sponge pieces and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  8. Dust with a final sprinkle of cocoa powder over the top. Chill for at least 6 hours before serving (if you can wait!)
