Method
- Take 1 small bowl
- Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, and bean paste together until smooth. Add a splash for Remarkable Cream.
- Break the sponge fingers into small pieces and pour over coffee and Remarkable Cream
- Layer the mascarpone mix
- Sprinkle over a little cocoa powder.
- Add another layer of sponge fingers.
- Add the remaining sponge pieces and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Dust with a final sprinkle of cocoa powder over the top. Chill for at least 6 hours before serving (if you can wait!)
