Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup coconut
  • ½ cup Hemp Connect Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted + softened slightly
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, softened
  • ½ cup extra Hemp Hearts for coating

Method

  1. Process the almonds, oats + coconut in a food processor.
  2. Add the Hemp Hearts, spices, salt and blitz again.
  3. Add the dates, maple and coconut oil and continue to blend until a soft dough forms and sticks together in the palm of your hand.
  4. Add a few splashes of water if needed.
  5. Remove from the processor and begin to roll into balls, coating in the Hemp Hearts
  6. Once finished, store in an air-tight container in the fridge or freezer.
