James Smith, is better known as The Tattooed Butcher, but we also know him as one half of Chop Online Meats - the award-winning butchers providing fresh and restaurant quality meat, chicken and pork. In 2020, James was crowned NZ's butcher of the year. As The Tattooed Butcher he teaches others his knowledge in demos/classes throughout the country.
